Information regarding a future solicitation has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Broward County Water and Wastewater Services is seeking Consultant(s) authorized by Chapter 287.055 Florida Statutes to provide professional engineering services for three separate contracts. Category 1 - Utility Analysis Zone 225 and 226 Category 2 - Septic Tank Elimination Step Area 3A-Y and 3A-0 Category 3 - Regional Effluent and Reuse Solutions Responders to this RFP should fill in "YES" in the Item Response Form for each category it is requesting to be evaluated for. If a Responder fills in a "YES", that does not guarantee that they will be awarded for this Category. Only one contract will be awarded per category. Responders to this RFP may choose to submit for one, all, or any combination of categories under this RFP. There is no prohibition to the number of contracts the County may award to one vendor. Responders must clearly identify and submit all required documents for each Category(ies) they are submitting for so their qualifications can be properly considered and evaluated for each Category by the Evaluation Committee. Florida Statute: Pursuant to Florida Statutes, Section 287.055, the Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA) applies to this solicitation. In a CCNA solicitation, price will not be considered in the evaluation and ranking of the qualified firm. Goal Participation: This solicitation includes participation goals for Broward County certified County Business Enterprises. Refer to Special Instructions and the Office of Economic and Small Business Development Requirements section for additional information. County/State License Requirements: In order to be considered a responsible firm for the scope of work set forth in this solicitation, the consultants must possess a specified license at the time of submittal (refer to Special Instructions for requirements). Questions and Answers: The County provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through Periscope S2G by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The County will respond to all questions via Periscope S2G. Submittal Instructions: Vendor MUST submit its solicitation response electronically and MUST confirm its submittal in order for the County to receive a valid response through Periscope S2G, Supplier-to-Government. Refer to the Purchasing Division website or contact Periscope S2G, Supplier-to-Government for submittal instructions. It is the Vendor's sole responsibility to assure its response is submitted and received through Periscope S2G, Supplier-to-Government by the date and time specified in the solicitation.
