The City of College Park, is presently accepting sealed proposals from qualified persons, firms or companies to for the above advertised solicitation. All minority, woman owned and small business owners are strongly encouraged to submit a proposal for this solicitation. The contract will be awarded to the most responsive offeror, not always the lowest cost, that are determined to meet the requirements and criteria set forth within the solicitation. It shall be the person, firm or companys responsibility to check the Citys website, under the Purchasing Department for all/any published addenda. The City of College Park reserves the right to reject any or all bids based on past performance and to waive technicalities and informalities and re-advertise. All/Any Addendum(s) published to Citys website no later than July 8, 2022 4:00 pm (EST) There is no mandatory pre-bid meeting for this project, however; contractors can schedule a site visit during recreation hours Monday thru Friday SCOPE OF WORK The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision staff for replace and install a floor tiles the location. Conley floor replacement including but not limited to the following disposal offsite of all material removed in areas of proposed flooring and cove base installation and installation of flooring and cove base pursuant to drawings, field verified quantities and specifications equivalent or better. All materials and methods shall meet all applicable local and state building codes. Note: measurements taken from old drawings that may be distorted. All floor area measurements shall be field verified by contractor. (see Tile Final Bid Set)
