Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Brownsville, Tennessee. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The City of Waverly will be accepting proposals from qualified firms for the following: Architectural Services in connection with its FEMA-4609-DR-TN Disaster Declaration: New construction of City of Waverly Public Works Facility 1265 Hwy 70 W Waverly, TN Proposals received after 2:00 p.m. on July 6, 2022 will not be considered. The Architectural firm will assist in the design, development of architectural plans, specifications, and bid documents; on-site inspection of the construction activities, and any other Architectural Services as may be required during the program timeframe. All proposals should be marked with the following language: ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF WAVERLY FEMA 4609 DISASTER DECLARATION (PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY) Proposals will be evaluated on the following factors: * Qualifications and Availability of Key Personnel (40 points) * Experience and Technical Expertise (30 points) * Scope of Services (30 points) To be evaluated properly, the following must be addressed in detail: * Qualifications - Availability of qualified personnel and capacity of the firm to carry out professional architectural service * Experience - Experience and technical expertise of the firm and its personnel, as well as information regarding projects previously undertaken, including the types and cost of projects. * Scope of Services Summarize scope and type of services understanding of program and tasks. The City of Waverly is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer. The City encourages Minority owned Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Women owned Business Enterprises (WEBs) to submit proposals. The City of Waverly will award a contract to the qualified firm whose proposal has the highest number of cumulative points issued by the City. The contract will include scope and extent of work, as well as other essential requirements. The City of Waverly reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
