Considerable damage to room 115 B-8 at the Lyons campus was caused by a steam leak. 3. Scope. Contractor shall renovate room 115 B-8 in accordance with the specific tasks listed below and the attached specifications. 4. Specific Tasks. o Demo existing drywall, peeling plaster, ceiling grid system and flooring o Remediate any existing mold after demolition is completed o Repair damaged plaster and gypsum board walls, paint all walls and trym with one coat primer and 2 coats finish paint o Replace all ceiling grid and tiles o Replace all flooring and cove base o Replace all lighting with LED fixtures with dimmer switch o Replace al switches and receptacles o Remove existing paint on radiator and repaint o Sand and refinish existing door o Tuck point and waterproof exterior walls of room 115 ground to roof o Provide trash disposal for all debris 5.
