This RFP requests proposals for Job Order Contractors to provide JOC services on an IDIQ basis for general contractor services, on an as needed basis, for all facilities on main campus and PRC. The successful Respondent(s) will be required to enter into the latest version of the contract in the form included in this RFP. Award, if any, will be made to the Respondent(s) offering the "best value" to Owner based on the requirements of the RFP. The initial term will be twelve months from the date of the Contract, with an option to renew for up to an additional four 1-year periods, one year at a time. The University makes no guarantee that an award will be made as a result of this RFP, and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals, waive any formalities or minor technical inconsistencies, or delete any item/requirements from this RFP or resulting Contract when deemed to be in the University's best interest. Representations made within the Proposal will be binding on responding firms. The University will not be bound to act by any previous communication or proposal submitted by the Respondents other than this RFP and related Addenda.
