The project consists of sewer cleaning and C.C.T.V inspection of sanitary sewers in continual use. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to ensure that the operations do not interfere with the functioning of the sewer, in accordance with the Bidding Documents prepared by the Engineer. The work under this Contract includes all the work required to clean and investigate (C.C.T.V.)/video record all the sanitary sewer indicated on the plan and prepare a log of all pertinent information including manholes, to be submitted to the Owner before final acceptance. Cleaning shall be performed on all proposed lines. All CCTV Inspections shall be performed by National Association of Sewer Service Companies (NASSCO) Pipeline Assessment Certification Program (PACP) standards. The sewer line sections shall be visually inspected by means of pan and tilt closed-circuit television camera. The inspection will be done on one sewer at a time and the flow in the section being inspected will be suitably controlled as necessary.
