** This project has been awarded to Contract to KC Equipment LLC in the amount of $1,171,415. ** PROJECT LOCATION: Project locations will be throughout the City of Seattle as specified in each Work Package issued after the Contract is executed PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Perform improvements to transit access areas, including new bus shelter pads and foundations with electrical work, associated sidewalk and curb ramps. Typical work may include traffic control, survey, surface removal, sawcutting, excavation, subgrade preparation, forming, placing and finishing concrete work and coordinating with King County Metro for the installation of bus shelters, drainage, HMA and concrete roadway paving, stern wall and landscaping. CONTRACT DURATION: The Contract duration is for a period of 1 year with the option to extend to a 2nd year starting from the date of the first NTP issued against the first Work Package or until the date that the total payment requested meets the Not to Exceed award amount, whichever is earlier.
