Renovation of an educational facility in Madison, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
In general the work consists of: Replace existing steam water heaters with two new steam water heaters that are sized for 100 percent redundancy within the building. No pre-bid meeting will be conducted. No pre-bid meeting will be conducted. 4 walk thru so a background check can be preformed on each person visiting thew Institution. 5 Background Check Form, DOC-2430-1. Any person that has not gone thru a background check will not be allowed entrance to the facility. No pictures will be allowed to be taken at the site. Failure to visit the site or failure to examine any and all Contract Documents will in no way relieve the successful contractor from necessity of furnishing any materials or equipment, or performing any work, that may be required to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents. This project involves the Replacement of existing steam water heaters with 2 new water 10 heaters that are sized for 100 percent redundancy of the SEG-HSU Building.
