For the following: 1,000 tons each (more or less) PA DOT approved #67 1,500 tons #8 WITH 1.0% loss by wash 1,500 tons Binder 19.0 mm, PG-64-22, Binder 0.0 to 0.3 million ESALs 3,000 tons (more or less) 9.5mm, PG-64-22, wearing, 0.0 to 0.3 million, ESALs, SRL-M 700 tons Cold Patch state approved 1,000 tons Gabion stone Possibly awarded at a the regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors on Tuesday July 19, 2022 at 7 p.m. The above material is to be bid FOB plant and to be picked up at the convenience of the Road master. A standard per mile rate will be added to each bid to determine the low bid on a total cost basis. Bidders shall provide with the bid proposal a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid made payable to the Municipality. The successful bidder will be required to post a 50% performance bond within 20 days of the award of the contract based on the total amount of the awarded items. The Supervisors reserve the right to reject any or all bids.
