As of April 17, 2023, the project has been cancelled and is expected to be rebid, however, information regarding the rebid has not been confirmed. ADOT TRACS NO. T0185 01C Work to include; roadway construction for Northern Parkway, including new collector streets in the Butler Drive and 129th Avenue alignments, drainage system, asphalt concrete pavement, lighting, signing and striping. This project is subject to Davis Bacon wage requirements. For this contract, a DBE goal of 14.96% is established for Disadvantaged Business Enterprises. The contractor, sub recipient or subcontractor shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, or sex in the performance of this contract. The contractor shall carry out applicable requirements of 49 CFR Part 26 in the award and administration of DOT-assisted contracts. Failure by the contractor to carry out these requirements is a material breach of this contract, which may result in the termination of this contract or such other remedy as the recipient deems appropriate. All construction work on this contract is to be completed within 180 CALENDAR DAYS beginning with the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. Exclusive of and following the contract time allowed for construction work are 120 CALENDAR DAYS for internal administrative purposes thereby resulting in a total contract performance period of 300 CALENDAR DAYS.
