The County of San Diego is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to seek input from all interested parties who may possess the capability and interest to design and implement a scalable preventive maintenance program, emergency service, partition recovering and refurbishment, turnkey panel replacement, and track & trolley replacement services as needed for, brands such as Modernfold and Hufcor, movable/folding partition walls. Information submitted in response to this request will be used by the County to consider what services are commercially available to potentially meet its needs. Please note that all information provided inresponse to this RFI will be considered public information and may be subject to release under the California Public Records Act. Additionally, by submitting information in response to this RFI, the County has no obligation to use, contract for such services, and/or enter into programs in the future. No costs will be reimbursed for the preparation or submittal of any response to this RFI. Reponses to this RFI will assist the County in planning for establishing its requirements for future solicitations. Questions and requests for clarification regarding this RFI should be submitted prior to 1:00 p.m. local time on July 9, 2022. An Addendum will be issued in response to questions, which will only be available electronically The goal of this effort is to design and implement a scalable preventive maintenance program, tailored to the specific model and manufacture at each facility. In addition, the solution should include emergency service, partition recovering and refurbishment, turnkey panel replacement, and track & trolley replacement services as needed.
