Due to WI DOT funding, the project is not anticipated to begin prior to 2026. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Perpetuation project with a thin mill and overlay to resurface 11.4 centerline miles of STH 77 between the towns of Upson, Iron belt, Pence, Montreal, and Hurley, in Iron County. The project also includes paved shoulder widening, curb and gutter repair, inlet repair, repair/replace beam guard, and investigate/replace all curb ramps for ADA compliance. A section of storm sewer in the Town of Iron Belt will be investigated. Anticipated Construction Cost: $4,000,000-$4,999,999 The contract price will be based on an estimate of the selected consultant's actual costs plus fixed fee. Actual costs will be defined as those costs allowable under the cost principles in Part 31 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Consultant costs including indirect cost rates and cost accounting system will be subject to audit. Consultant firms that are unable to account for costs consistent with requirements of the FAR are not eligible to contract. Consultants selected will be required to either submit or have on file with WisDOT a Consultant Financial Report prior to contract execution. Advertised Fixed Fee % : 7.25 Fixed Fee Notification : The fixed fee for this contract will apply an indirect cost factor of 150% to the consultant's estimated direct labor, regardless of the consultant's actual indirect rate.
