The work of this call for tenders is described as follows: Preparing the existing granular foundation The installation of a new granular foundation; Adding a chain link fence; Installation of a retaining wall around the drainage station; The establishment of chicane; Installation of drainage; The placement of the bituminous coating; Excavation, leveling, earthwork and sodding. Only bids from a contractor or supplier with an establishment in Québec or who have an establishment in a territory covered by an intergovernmental market liberalization agreement applicable to the City will be accepted.
