Renovation of a fire / police facility in Seneca Falls, New York. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

Consult with the Town and provide strategic planning, cost estimates, and timing/scheduling of construction. Make design recommendations to the Town that take into consideration the awarded grant amount, The Town's vision, and the vision and progressive ideas of the of the firm. In conjunction with the Town, assist with the delineation of responsibilities and duties among the Town, Contractors, Suppliers and others involved in the Project. Report regularly orally and in writing to the Town on progress, budgets and schedule. The Town is interested in retaining one or more Architect/Engineering and Construction Management firms to design, bid, and manage all facets of the Projects. The Town of Seneca Falls was recently awarded a DRI Grant in November of 2019. Three (3) separate public works projects are included: Heritage Visitor's Center $533,082; Community and Recreation Center $324,00; and North Canal side Enhancements $3,690,000 for a total of $4,547,082.
