Renovation of an educational facility in Dundee, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Insurance Required Yes Bid Bond Required Yes Bid Bond Amount 5% Performance Bond Required Yes Performance Bond Amount 100% HVAC contractor to provide and install replacement HVAC systems at Dundee Ridge Middle School. Existing HVAC systems will be replaced with new units similar in cooling/heating capacity as the existing units. Polk County Public Schools will be using ESSER 3 funding and as such the contractor must comply with the Federal Contract Provisions listed in Section 43 of the General Terms and Conditions of this ITB. Furthermore Davis-Bacon contract clauses from 29 CFR Section 5.5(a)(1) through (a)(10) will be attached to any purchase order issued in conjunction with award of this bid. The awarded bidder will be required provide a complete turn-key installation. Question End Date 7/8/2022 3:00 PM
