**As of August 3, 2022, Project has been awarded. Award amount is $2,383,513.13** Plans and specs are available on the County's ProcureNow Electronic Bid Portal. Bidders must comply with P.L. 1975, C. 127 and 10% Surety required. John N. Ernst, Ocean County Engineer. The work to be performed under this Contract consists of the 2'' milling and 2'' resurfacing of 1.31 miles of Washington Street (C.R. #4) from Lexington Avenue to Whittier Avenue in the Township of Toms River. Included in this Contract is the replacement of existing drainage pipe, the construction of a new drainage system and concrete sidewalk, lining of existing RCP pipe, the installation of Beam Guide Rail and End Terminals, and modification to an existing traffic signal. Estimated construction cost range: $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00.
