The responsive bidders must demonstrate successful completion of projects of similar size and scope to be considered for the award of this contract. Description: HVAC Preventative Maintenance and Repair Work Location: Region 5 - Various locations in the Counties of Aroostook, Penobscot, and Washington, Maine Outline of Work: Provide HVAC Preventative Maintenance and Repair Work in Region 5, and other incidental work.
