The MCHA is canceling this procurement and will re-advertise for bids for this work during the first half of 2023. Requests for clarification are due Tuesday, November 8, 2022 11:00:00 AM [(UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)]. General, Electrical and Plumbing Construction for Cladding and Window Project at Marshall W. Lee Towers, One West Third Avenue, Conshohocken, PA 19428 Bid Bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted via portal. Performance and Payment Bonds submitted after award. This Contract is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended. Further details regarding the solicitation for bids for the project are available on MCHA Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project.
