The Broadway Pedestrian Improvements Project is a Maine Federal Aid Project No. 2561700, MeDOT WIN 25617.00, located on Broadway beginning just north of Husson Avenue and extending northerly to Grandview Avenue for a total of 0.13 miles. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid price will be required in the form of cash, a certified check or bid bond. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids or to waive informalities or defects in bids if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Bangor. Bases of award of Contract is determined by the lowest qualified bidder.
