Reference number : 1617381 Review Title : Acquisition of cold rooms - Sépaq Anticosti Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-07-11 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document Options related to this notice: No options Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 1 The Société des establishments de plein air du Québec (the Sépaq ) is requesting bids from suppliers interested in supplying a refrigeration cold room and a freezing cold room (hereinafter the Equipment or the Cold rooms ) for the operations of the Sépaq Anticosti outfitter (the Establishment ). The cold rooms provided will be new. The required characteristics are presented in the specifications of appendix A. Upon delivery , all costs inherent in the transport of Cold Rooms are at the tenderer's expense. Cold rooms must be delivered in perfect working order with all accessories, if applicable. Cold Rooms must be delivered to Relais Nordik located at 17, avenue Lebrun in Rimouski (Quebec), G5L 2P8. Sépaq will pay for the shipping of the cold rooms at its own expense. The cold rooms must be protected in wooden boxes well fixed on wooden pallets for transport by boat or installed in a container. The Cold Rooms must be delivered to Sépaq by September 1 , 2022 at the latest . However, Cold Rooms cannot be delivered before notifying Sépaq at least fifteen (15) days in advance. If unable to deliver on the agreed date, the Supplier undertakes to provide, at its expense and until the delivery of the planned Cold Rooms, one or more equivalent equipment without being inferior.
