Object of the contract: the Municipality plans to carry out work in order to refill a section of an approximate length of 1.73 kilometers of the 4th -and-5th range , and the installation of surface treatment double on three (3) sections of the road from the 3rd to the 4th range , totaling approximately 702 square meters, all located in the Municipality of Sainte-Hélène de Mancebourg To be considered, each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, made out to the order of the municipality of Ste-Hélène de Mancebourg or a bid bond issued by an insurance company recognized in insurance guaranteed by the Inspector General of Financial Institutions of Quebec, for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) or more of the amount of the tender, valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the deadline for receipt of tenders. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council.
