Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Potter, Nebraska. Working plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

No definite date for the rebid.** Window and door removal and replacement with new white aluminium commercial storefront windows and doors or a comparable alternative at the Community Hall located at 1107 Sherman Street, Potter, Nebraska. The Village of Potter reserves the right to rejects and or all proposals. Scope of Work: Offerors responding to this RFP are encouraged to be very specific and detailed in that responses to the Scope of Work identified below. Responses to this RFP will be evaluated for proposal quality, comprehensiveness, responsiveness, and cost efficiency. The scope of work for the project will consist of removing the old windows back to brick and replacing with aluminum framed thermally broken storefront windows. Removing back to brick the door and replacing with aluminum commercial storefront doors. The contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment, implements, parts, and supplies necessary for removing existing windows and doors, and to replace the windows and doors with new ones that meets the requirements of the specifications listed below or equivalent. Please provide a detailed cost breakdown in your proposal. Window and Door Specifications and Requirements: These are the required specification for the new windows: WINDOW SPECS: o Historically accurate to the building, new aluminum commercial storefront windows or a comparable alternative. o White in color o Divided lite windows or a comparable alternative o Thermally broken glass or a comparable alternative o Low E glass or a comparable alternative o Additional costs for window tint o Specification Sheets for the new windows are required to be included with your proposal. o Warranty information DOOR SPECS: o Historically accurate to the building, new aluminum commercial storefront doors or a comparable alternative with muntins to match existing windows. o Divided lite doors or a comparable alternative o Thermally broken glass or a comparable alternative o Low E glass or a comparable alternative o Additional costs for window tint o Specification Sheets for the new doors are required to be included with your proposal. o Warranty information
