As of November 30, 2022, engineer has been awarded and this project is in the design phase. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to start prior to July 2023. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Perpetuation project for concrete overlays on existing bridge decks ranging from 25 feet to 60 feet long and 30 feet to 40 feet wide. The project includes work on structure B-49-0527 on STH 49 over Holt Creek in the Township of Alban, Portage County; work on structure B-69-0026 and B-69-0027 on STH 49 over Pine River in Poy Sippi, Waushara County; and and work on structure B-69-0041 on STH 22 over White River in Wautoma, Waushara County. Structure railings and beam guard evaluations required, approaches will be milled and overlaid. Structure survey reports will be needed for all structures. Anticipated Construction Cost: $250,000-$499,999 The contract price will be based on an estimate of the selected consultant's actual costs plus fixed fee. Actual costs will be defined as those costs allowable under the cost principles in Part 31 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Consultant costs including indirect cost rates and cost accounting system will be subject to audit. Consultant firms that are unable to account for costs consistent with requirements of the FAR are not eligible to contract. Consultants selected will be required to either submit or have on file with WisDOT a Consultant Financial Report prior to contract execution.
