he City and County of Denver, Department of Parks and Recreation, (City) is soliciting proposals for services related to updating the Citys tree inventory in various locations throughout Denver. Services include updating the existing tree inventory focusing on trees in the public rights-of-way currently the responsibility of the adjacent property owner; and trees in medians and parkways maintained by the Office of the City Forester. The City anticipates the awarded contract will have a capacity of $450,000. GENERAL: As its best interests may appear, the City reserves the right to reject any or all submittals and to waive informalities in the qualifications or proposals. All responses submitted to the City pursuant to this RFP, and contracts made and entered into by the City, will be subject to all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity ordinances, rules and regulations, findings and policy determinations adopted, recognized or promulgated by the Director of the Division of Small Business Opportunity and the Executive Director of Parks and Recreation that may be in effect at the time of this RFP.
