Renovation of a municipal facility in Granby, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Town of Granby South Service Area Water Department is requesting proposals for the procurement and installation of following: - Steel Covered Storage Building o Building to be 60' x 120' with a sidewall height of 16' o Engineered red iron or wood framing capable of 80 psf snow load and receiving insulation at a later date o Exterior siding to be 26-gauge sheeting o Roof sheets to be 26-gauge PBR Galvalume o Gable roof with 4/12 pitch or higher not to exceed 35' in height o Five 12' x 12' framed openings with insulated overhead doors, one to be located on end wall o Two standard steel man doors, one to be located on end wall - Concrete o Foundation footings o 6" concrete floor with trowel finish o Concrete to be 5000 psi o Concrete to be reinforced with rebar or wire mesh o Floor to be saw cut in 10' x 10' grids o 2-year warranty
