For Community Services Senior Services Survey It is the intent of this proposal to select a firm to create a Senior Services Survey to evaluate the existing Senior Services, using results to guide programming and determine future facility needs. The firm will work directly with the City of Marquette - Senior Services Manager and other City personal. Selection will be made using a qualification-based system to include experience with aging services planning in communities comparable in the region. Capacity develop and implement a community survey instrument, capacity to meet the timelines and objectives as provided and cost factors. Final selection will be made by the City Commission. Proposals may be withdrawn in person by an officer or by a representative of the firm, provided that the representative signs a receipt for the proposal prior to award. The City of Marquette reserves the right to reject any and all proposals if judged not to be in the best interest of the City. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
