The Plant 1 Activated Sludge Plant (ASP-1) fine bubble diffuser membrane discs have been in operation for over fifteen years and are in need of replacement. OC San shall provide the required diffuser parts; and, the Contractor shall supply personnel and expertise to perform the replacement of these discs. There are an anticipated three (3) aeration basins which require this work to be performed. OC San reserves the right to choose the location and number of basins to be worked on. OCSD DOES NOT GUARANTEE USAGE.
