Hillsborough County requires an experienced and qualified Contractor to update two (2) existing intersections to improve safety and operations for the Capital Programs Department. The project is located at Lumsden Road at Heather Lakes Boulevard/Kensington Ridge Boulevard, Heather Lakes Boulevard/Paddock Club Drive, and Lithia Pinecrest Road at Adelaide Ave./Lithia Ridge Boulevard. The project includes the installation of new traffic signals to replace existing two-way stop control, resurfacing, pavement markings, curb ramps, and proposed left turn lane extensions. In accordance with Hillsborough County Ordinance No. 21-17
