Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Edina, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of July 18, 2022 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on August 4 , 2022.** The following are major components: A. Install a new submersible lift station with a pre-cast wet well and dry well, including pumps, piping, and a flow meter. B. Furnish and install a new prefabricated control building with interior permanent natural gas generator. C. Remove and demolish the existing standalone lift station. D. Keep the existing lift station operational during construction. Provide appropriate bypass options when this is not possible. The bid bonds must be payable to the City of Edina in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of bid, to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid is accepted and the bidder shall fail to promptly enter into a written contract and furnish the required bond.
