This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Tripoli, Wisconsin. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

Approximately 2500 cubic yards of crushed road gravel to meet State of Wisconsin DOT specified standards. The price shall include product and delivery. The project and all material need to be completed/delivered by August 30, 2022. There will be a 5% late penalty imposed per day for each day beyond the scheduled delivery date. Contractors will give Town of Somo a Certificate of Insurance & accept all responsibility according to State Statues that apply to Workmen's Comp., Liability Insurance, Social Security and Withholding taxes. The Town Board of Somo reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and/or all bids.
