Bidding Documents in PDF format may be obtained at no cost from the following source. Upon written request, Designer will email link to download documents. Entities obtaining Bidding Documents become Bidders of Record for notifications. Bidders of Record may purchase hard copies of Bidding Documents from the same source (nonrefundable). Bidders shall be licensed and qualified per state law. Five percent (5%) Bid Security is required in the form of a Bid Bond or check (certified or cashiers) made payable to State of Tennessee.
