Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The scope of work, in general terms, involves insulating and recladding 40 one and two storey buildings, recladding 14 garbage sheds, reconstruction of concrete sidewalks and stairs, reconstruction of 11 parking lots and 10 residential driveways, and providing new light standards and parking receptacles. Tender documents will be available Tuesday, June 21, 2022, from the Consultant at 105 Villa Street - 2nd Floor upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit cheque in the amount of $ 50.00 per set made payable to JML Engineering for an emailed PDF (hard copies available upon request). Contract documents are also available through the Construction Association of Thunder Bay (CATB). Prime Bidders must register and obtain tender documents from JML Engineering. Tender Cancelled.
