Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Battleford, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work includes: Supply of all materialsand equipment for the completion of the Work. Approx. 8,000 m2 of new roadway construction, including preparation and compaction of existing base course and placement of asphalt surface course. Approx. 3,500 m2 of roadway replacement, including removal of existing asphalt surface course and granular structure, and replacement with new granular structure and asphalt surface course. Rehabilitation of existing road surface, including asphalt levelling course and approximately 10,000 m2 of hot mix asphalt recap. Miscellaneous deep pavement repairs, including excavation, subgrade preparation, placement of granular base course and asphalt surface course. Adjustments of manholes, catch basins, and valves. Construction of approx. 160 m of concrete swale. Construction of approx. 1,200 lin.m. of concrete curbing. Provision of roads for ingress and egress to the locations of all work required. Clean up of site. Repair of defects for one year after completion of the work. General Contractors may obtain a digital copy of the Contract Documents from the Office of the Constulting Engineer. Each Tender must be on the forms provided and be accompanied by a certified cheque or bid bond in the amount of Ten percent (10%) of the Tendered Amount. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all tenders and will not necessarily accept the lowest tender.
