The following facilities will be included: Power Service Center Building, Water Division Administrative Offices, Electric and Water Construction/Maintenance Buildings, Wastewater Support Building, and the Tom Wheeler Training Center (7 buildings total at Guthrie location) and one off-campus location (Freewill Road). The bid shall be for a one-year period beginning September 2022 through September 2023, with the option to continue provided satisfactory service and mutual agreement. Janitorial Cleaning Service provider will furnish all cleaning supplies and equipment necessary for facilities cleaning by the company receiving the bid. A copy of insurance coverage for bodily injury, property damage, workers compensation and general liability must be enclosed with the bid. Cleveland Utilities reserves the right to waive all formalities and informalities in any bid received, to rejectany and all bids for any reason whatsoever and to accept any bid which in its opinion may be in the best interest of Cleveland Utilities.
