This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Asset Validation and Condition Assessment using ReCAPP Asset Validation Survey (AVS). The Ministry of Saskbuilds and Procurement (SBP) and the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is seeking up to two (2) qualified proponents to provide Asset Validation and Condition Assessment using ReCAPP Asset Validation Survey (AVS) for the sites and buildings listed in this RFP. The goal of the asset validation and condition assessment for the sites and buildings is to validate the condition of the buildings and site elements. This will allow GOS to identify replacement and repair requirements of building elements for budgetary and long-term planning purposes. Assessments will be required on a variety of assets including but not limited to hospitals, retirement homes, buildings, sites, parking lots and out-buildings. Each asset will require two types of assessment surveys to be conducted and issued. One for each building on site and one for the site itself.
