Reference number : 1618751 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-07-04 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope The City of Sainte-Anne-des-Monts is requesting tenders for the decohesion and reinforcement and asphalting of sections of 7th Street and Route 299 in Sainte-Anne-des-Monts , including, but not limited to, signage work, binder application and supply and laying of bituminous surfacing, decohesion work and the supply and laying of crushed stone MG20 for the reinforcement of the pavement structure. Only building contractors, within the meaning of the Act respecting the professional qualification of building contractors (RSQ, chap. Q-1), who have their principal place of business in the province of Quebec, are authorized to bid. The bid guarantee, in an amount equivalent to 10% of the amount of the bid, must be provided in the form of a certified check made out to the order of Ville de Sainte-Anne-des-Monts, a surety tender or an irrevocable letter of guarantee. The bid bond must be issued by an insurer holding an insurer's license issued by the Inspector General of Financial Institutions. The Bid Bond must be accompanied by a Letter of Commitment stipulating that a Performance Bond and a Contractor's Bond for Wages, Materials and Services will be issued to the Bidder if it becomes the successful contractor and that a market is granted to him.
