The City of Carson is interested in contracting with a qualified and experienced consultant that will conduct and coordinate specified tasks and to prepare the Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) related to advancing City of Carson Public Works (PW) Project No. 1753 "University Street Improvement From Avalon Boulevard to Wilmington Avenue to the construction phase. The City of Carson is requesting proposals (RFP) for engineering design services. Project No. PW 1753 University Street Improvement from Avalon Boulevard to Wilmington Avenue will be funded with Local, State, and Federal dollars requiring the consultant to follow all pertinent Local, State, and Federal laws and regulations. The DBE goal for this project is 75%.
