Martin County is soliciting proposals from qualified licensed contractors to construct or provide a prefabricated lifeguard tower to be installed in full accordance with the specification, terms and conditions contained in this solicitation. The County is interested in purchasing one (1) lifeguard tower constructed primarily out of aluminum. The awarded bidder will propose a design that will be similar in composition, size, and design of the lifeguard towers that are currently in use on the guarded beaches in Martin County. In addition to construction and placement of the lifeguard tower, the awarded bidder shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and other operations. The bidder's price shall include delivery FOB to Stuart, Florida. The tower shall be delivered and installed within 90 days of issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
