The Technical College System of Georgia is accepting sealed bids on behalf of Atlanta Technical College for a HVAC Upgrades project in strict conformity with the project plans, bidding documents and contract documents associated with this project.The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment to perform all the Work shown on the drawings and called for in the specifications entitled HVAC Upgrades (Replacements & Renovations), as prepared by TLC Engineering Solutions, Inc, who is referred to in the Bidding Documents as the Design Professional. It is the intent and it is hereby agreed that the Contractor shall perform all work covered by the Contract Documents.
