The latter are entered on a list according to the rank established on the basis of the amount of their Bid with regard to the Good to be acquired: the SUPPLIER having submitted the lowest compliant Bid being ranked first, the one having submitted the second lowest being second row, and so on. Orders may be awarded to one or other of the selected suppliers whose price submitted for the entire batch of goods to be acquired does not exceed the lowest price by more than 10%. Polytechnique Montréal is looking for suppliers who can provide durable office chairs of institutional quality. Bundles This contract will be awarded according to the following lot: Batch MOB.01 - Task chair The list of office chairs including the quantities to be supplied, delivered and installed can be found in the Price Schedule. The proposed chairs must comply with the Technical Specifications and the various Descriptive Sheets applicable for each of the items in the Price Schedule. QUALIFICATIONS OF THE TENDERER SEARCHED BY POLYTECHNIQUE MONTRÉAL Polytechnique Montréal is looking for a successful bidder who has the following qualities: Compliance with delivery times: The successful bidder must respect the delivery time indicated in the Price Schedule. The successful bidder is proactive and informs Polytechnique Montréal in advance of any delay. Product quality : The quality of the office chairs delivered during the contract meets the expectations expressed in the Technical specifications and the Polytechnique Montréal descriptive sheets. Returns of goods for quality reasons are kept to a very low level. Service quality : The contractor meets the expectations expressed in clause 1.05 of this document (Level of services required under this contract). All of these elements will be evaluated, during the mandate, during the performance evaluation sessions provided for in clause 11.05 and Appendix 11.05 of the Contract document.
