Archer Western Construction, LLC (AW) and the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority (GBRA) are requesting proposals from qualified, responsible companies for the following packages for Sunfield WWTP in Buda, TX. Package 5 - Pre-Engineered Metal Building All qualified firms including Small, Minority, and Woman-Owned Businesses are encouraged to submit proposals in response to this invitation. The general scope of the project is below. This package is for the Pre-Engineered Metal Building within the Plant Expansion, which houses the electrical equipment and covers the blowers. The Project will expand the capacity of the Sunfield WWTP to 0.99 million gallons per day (MGD). The target start-up schedule for the plant is on or before August 1, 2023. The current design includes the following components: Influent Lift Station modifications Preliminary Treatment Unit sized for up to 2 MGD average daily flow (ADF) capacity and expandable to 4 MGD ADF A 1 MGD ADF Aeration Basin Blowers and associated air header Electrical Distribution System A 1 MGD ADF concrete clarifier basin Alum feed system RAS/WAS pump station sized for the new plant capacity A 1 MGD ADF concrete chlorine contact basin Plant non-potable water system Sludge Dewatering Equipment Yard Piping Generator Electrical and Instrumentation and Controls AW and GBRA reserve the right to accept or reject any and all responses at its option and to waive any formalities.
