City of Haltom City Abatement Services The City of Haltom City is soliciting sealed bids to award an annual contract for Abatement Services for Privately Owned properties within the City of Haltom City. Included in this agreement, the successful Contractor will be assigned Code Enforcement mowing projects as designated by the City. The successful Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and safety equipment necessary to perform this work. Some sites will require more manpower and time than others. The intent of this bid is to establish an agreement with qualified contractors, whenever needed during a twelve (12) month period with four optional (12) month renewal periods. This will be a multi-contractor agreement whereby, should the primary contractor be unable to fulfill the City's order in the time frame requested, then the City reserves the right to use another contractor.
