Site work for a communication facility in Neillsville, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a communication facility.

All other existing site element like the equipment shelter, propane tank and generator all remain in place with no modifications. The 2017-2019 Wisconsin State Budget (2017 Wisconsin Act 59) repealed Wisconsin's prevailing wage laws. Effective September 23, 2017, state prevailing wage requirements on state building projects no longer apply. These changes take effect for projects advertised for bid after September 23, 2017. This change does not affect the Federal Davis Bacon Act requirements. Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted. In general, the work consists of: A new, self-supporting, 330-foot tall steel tower located in the Town of 5Weston, Wisconsin. This new tower will replace the existing, guyed-tower that currently sits on site. The new tower must be up and running and communicating with the Osseo Tower to an acceptable level determined by the client. The new tower will have all new equipment, mounting hardware and cabling, provided by OWNER, installed by CONTRACTOR before any switching of all cabling from the existing tower. OWNER to perform switching over of cabling at equipment shed. All other existing site elements like the equipment shelter, propane tank and generator all remain in place with no modifications Bidders shall bring inadequacies, omissions or conflicts to the Architect/Engineer's attention at least ten (10) days before MEP bidding commences Question Deadline 02/08/2024
