The Town of Clifton Park is seeking sealed bids for construction of a multi-use path located on Moe Road, Town of Clifton Park. This project includes construction of a multi-use path beginning at the intersection of Moe Road and Sugarbush Road at the existing crosswalk. The path travels south along the west side of Moe Road to the intersection with Crescent Road, the path then turns east along the southside of Crescent Road. The path terminates at the existing crosswalk at Okte Elementary School. Contractors that obtain Contract Documents, from a source other than the issuing office, must notify the issuing office in order to be placed on the official Plan Holder List, to receive Addenda and any other Bid correspondence. Bids received from Contractors other than those on the official Plan Holders List will not be accepted. Questions regarding the Contract Documents should be directed to the Town of Clifton Parks Planning Director, John Scavo, either through email at: jscavo@cliftonpark.org or by telephone at (518) 371-6054. Bidders shall promptly notify John Scavo of any errors, omissions, conflicts, or ambiguity within the Contract Documents within three (3) business days prior of bid opening date. No questions or inquiries regarding this bid will be accepted within three (3) business days prior to the bid opening, date. The last date for submitting questions will be Friday, July 15th . Bids received after the above noted time will not be accepted.
