Projet was awarded one-year contract to Mark Woszczak Mechanical Contractors, Inc. for Sewer Line and Facilities Repairs on an As-Needed Basis for the period August 1, 2022 to July 31, 2023 on the terms and conditions contained in their bid proposal. The furnishing of the following: SEWER LINE AND FACILITIES REPAIRS ON AN AS-NEEDED BASIS All bids shall be submitted on the proposal form furnished and shall be delivered in sealed envelopes at the time and place specified with the envelope properly marked to identify the bid. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in an amount of not less than of the bid, payable without any conditional endorsement, as guarantee that if awarded the bid. the successful bidder will execute a contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond. Upon failure to do so, the bidder shall forfeit the deposit. No interest shall be allowed upon any certified check. The Township of Ocean Sewerage Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bid received, and to reject any and/or all bids as in its judgment may best serve the interest of the Authority. The successful bidder shall be required to comply with the provisions of the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, P.L.1963, c.150 as amended, and P.L.1975,c.127 (N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C.17:27), Affirmative Action and P.L.1979, c.303, effective January 1, 1980.
