The Approximate quantities of the principal items are as follows: PAY ITEM PAY UNIT QUANTITY 12" to 18" Diameter Pipe Lining LF 3,547 21" to 60" Diameter Pipe Lining LF 4,774 Video Inspection of Pipe LF 2,000 Cleaning of Existing Pipe, 12" to 21" LF 1,000 Cleaning of Existing Pipe, 24" to 60" LF 1,000.All prospective bidders must have a valid NJDOT Prequalification Approval for the construction discipline for this project. THE BIDS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY 1. A PROPOSAL BOND APPROVED BY THE COUNTY SOLICITOR IN AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO 10% OF THE TOTAL BID, BUT NOT IN EXCESS OF $20,000.00. 2. A certificate (Consent of Surety) as per N.J.S.A. 40A:11-22 from a Surety Company stating that it will provide the bidder if successful, with a performance bond and payment bond in the sum of not less than the total contract. 3. The Board of Chosen Freeholders, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities and to award the contract to the bidder whose proposal is best suited to the County's requirements.
