Third-Party Scheduler for Fluidized Bed Incinerator and South Facilities Upgrades Project The major deliverables forming this RFP are the following: Detailed review, analysis, and reporting of the General Contractor's baseline construction schedule submittals, Detailed review, analysis, and reporting of the General Contractor's progress schedule submittals throughout the FBI / SFU construction project Provisional Claims Assessment Services Provide demonstrated experience of the Supplier in three (3) similar projects where the Supplier acted as a third-party scheduling consultant and in one (1) similar project where the Supplier acted as a third-party claims analysist to assist the owner. If more than three (3) projects are submitted for the scheduling consultant category, only the first three (3) will be used and considered for evaluation. If more than one (1) project is submitted for the claims analysist category, only the first one (1) will be used and considered for evaluation. (i) Projects are considered similar if they meet these following criteria: a) Capital cost of at least $50 million Canadian dollars. b) Project must be a construction project in the industrial, commercial or institutional sector. c) Construction duration of at least eighteen (18) months. d) Project must be recent. Substantial completion must have been achieved on or after January 1, 2011 and prior to December 31, 2021. e) At least two (2) out of the three (3) Projects must be within Canada. f) For each project, the Supplier cannot have been the engineering consultant (i.e. providing engineering design, contract administration or site inspection services). The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
