Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a 16-bed medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
As of April 11, 2024, per owner, construction began in October 2023.Work is scheduled to be complete in November 2024. Design team and general contractor have been identified. Dakota County is seeking proposals for professional design services for the Regional Behavioral Health Crisis Services Center. This new facility is proposed to be located in West St. Paul at the property of the existing Dakota County Northern Service Center. This new facility will integrate 16 beds of mental health crisis residential and intensive residential treatment services with a small amount of office space for assessments and programs. The project will include site development and property rezoning efforts.
