Lincoln Electric System is requesting bids to furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, and material to provide Miscellaneous Utility Construction Services per LES Specifications included in this bid solicitation. Successful bidder will be required to complete (1) the LES Construction and Installation Contract; 2) furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the Contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating. Certificate must show LES listed as additional insured for general liability and include waiver of subrogation; 3) Return a completed copy of the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Request Form. incoln Electric System (LES) is a publicly owned municipal electric utility servicing approximately 200 square miles within Lancaster County in Nebraska, including the cities and towns of Lincoln, Waverly, Walton, Prairie Home, Cheney and Emerald. LES' total retail customer count is approximately 143,788 retail customers and consists of 126,411 residential, and 17,377 commercial. LES is governed by a nine-member Administrative Bord that is appointed by the Lincoln Mayor and approved by the Lincoln City Council. The Lincoln City Council approves LES' rates, budget, and debt financing. This contract shall be for the remainder of 2022 with the option to renew for two (2) additional two (2) year periods by mutual agreement between the parties.
