Jefferson Station 10th and Filbert Street Entrance Renovation Project - General, Mechanical, and Electrical Contract The "Work includes but is not limited to: Vendor to renovate the entrance way at Jefferson Station, 10th & Filbert Street in accordance with the specifications, including but not limited to replacement of entrance storefront and doors, with updated lighting system, new flooring, repair of stonework, concourse, update of electrical system. The contract duration is (215) calendar days from the notice to proceed. There will be no scheduled site visit, all vendors are encouraged to visit the location. All questions must be submitted by Wednesday, 29 June 2022 at (by 4pm) Any inquiries regarding this bid and any request for change, modification, or clarification of any aspect of these Contract Documents must be made in writing to SEPTA at least six (6) calendar days prior to bid opening in order for consideration to be given by SEPTA to affect a change in the Contract Documents. No bid will be opened and considered that is submitted later than the time specified. Each bid submitted shall remain firm for at least ninety (90) days from the date of the Bid Opening and may not be withdrawn in whole or in part during that time. By submitting a bid, the bidder certifies that the bid price is held firm for that time and any extension thereof.
